I have a signature field for my client and another one for me.  How do I assign my client’s signature to his field and my signature to mine?

If I understand clearly your question, you have two signer (your and a client). So you will have two recipients.

You can create an envelope, add the document(s) then add the two recipients with the full name and email.

Click in the Next button, it will take you to the document(s) inside of the envelope. Now you should add the Sign Here, Name and other fields for each recipient. On the top left corner you will see a dropdown list with the recipients names, select the recipient then add the signing field, do this for each recipient.
