I was hoping you can help me. I recently changed the owner of a powerform and when they tried to pull data data they only got it for the moment and time the owner was changed. If we need historical data with a different sender how can they go back and pull old data? Do I change the owner back to who was the owner with the historical data (2023).

Once you create and distribute a PowerForm, if you are listed as the PowerForm sender, you can access the envelopes generated when a signer initiates a response to the form. PowerForm envelopes for which you are listed as the sender, appear in both your Manage page and the list of responses for an individual PowerForm.
By default, you can view all completed and in-process responses to a PowerForm that were generated with you as the PowerForm Sender. If you are a PowerForm administrator, you may be able to view all envelopes, depending on your user permissions. Click on a response to view the envelope details. View Responses to a PowerForm
The PowerForm administrators will need to grant additional permission rights to a user to be able to view all envelopes for a PowerForm, even if they are not the PowerForm sender. See the topic Permission Profiles for more information.
Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in specific DocuSign plans. Your account plan might not support some options discussed in this help topic.
