I just paid the $15.00 to start docusign (have always had free version)… so why can’t I send an envelope? It’s telling me I need to pay… but I just did??

After you login to your account, take a look if you’re using the new account, You can do this checking your Profile (click in your initials) and verify if there is a Switch Account option, select the new account.
