Hello everybody! Im trying to bulk sending documents update but I cannot create a template. 

Could this be due to the fact I do not have the option CREATE A TEMPLATE??? If this is so, How can I get it? Thank you very much!

Hi Giovanna - You are potentially correct: you may not have been given permission to create templates. 

In that case, you need to contact the DocuSign eSignature Admin for your Org, and ask them to give you this permission if business needs dictate. Check if you also should ask for the ability to Share templates too.

However, creating a template always kicks off from the Templates tab: jump in there and compare your view to my screenshot below. 

Do you have that New button at all? Or can you simply ‘USE’ the templates shared with you by your org? (Click on ‘Templates Shared with me’ view.) 

Look under the New button & dropdown menu if it’s there: Do you see the Create or Upload Template options? 


If you do: you have been given Create permissions already. 
If you don’t: you need to contact your eSign Admin as outlined above.
