Prevent users from forwarding completed envelopes: When selected, the 'Forward' option for completed envelopes is hidden in the sending experience.
I've observed this configuration within the Admin Settings. Could someone please clarify where the forward option is getting hidden?
It would be great if you could provide a screenshot for reference.

The option to “Forward” envelopes can be seen in the following screenshot:
I noticed that this option is not available in all account plans, so the option to “Forward” envelopes may not be visible, even if the setting is unchecked. This is not documented, but I assume it is related to the SBS being enabled on the account, which could prevent forwarding of envelopes.
In that case the option should not be available, when this feature is activated or greyed out, as ticking it will not change anything. Please feel free to report this as a bug or enhancement request with DocuSign Support, if you want this to be clarified and changed.
