The person I"m emailing needs to give access to someone else to sign. How can the recipient remove his name from the signature line and send to someone else to sign?

We recently had a bunch of email address changes. How do I update an email address that is auto populating in the add recipient section?

I need to create a template with placeholder recipients. The doc I will link to in a signup form, the signer will be different each time. When I upload the document it asks for recipients and does not give an option for placeholder. How do I create this? Am I in the right place? I go to Create a template, load the document and then this is the screen I get. Any help is appreciated!

This is a multipart question - If a signer has partially completed a document and signed it, but needs to edit some of the fields they completed, when I resend the document to them, can they see what they completed? Or, will they have to complete again?

Can you change the frequency of reminders or remove reminders after you send an envelope? Related - can you change the expiration date on an envelope you have sent?

I am working in a shared user environment where forms are passed up and down through multiple different people. These forms require attention to detail, so mistakes, such as typos, are caught early in the chain of recipients. However, the permissions for some recipients is "Need to View", and they are currently unable to void documents and provide constructive comments. Is there any easy fix? I could not find anything in Settings and Preferences.

I'm working on a bulk send, I need each person to sign an acknowledgement form. How can I get each signature on it's own form? Each time I send it out now, all signatures are appearing on a single page clumped together.

An email was entered incorrectly and because it pops up when the persons name is entered the wrong email autofills.

I have full admin access. I added a role name when I created the template. The template maintains its fields but when I try to send the document to multiple recipients it alerts me to needing to go add fields for each recipient (color-coded). There must be a way to assign the same fields to all recipients because otherwise the bulk send feature would be useless.

I have two templates I use regularly. One has saved with the signature fields in them: date, name, sig, etc. But the other template won't let me save these fields so I have to enter them each time I use them. Any input on why?

My PowerForm completion emails are pulling the messages I set in "Custom email and language for each recipient" so that once the form is complete, the message no longer makes sense. Ie: "Your form is in progress and has been forwarded to the next signer."We would also like to customize the "needs changes" email when edits are marked up. Currently it's repeating the same message where I state signer 1's form is in progress.

Hello.Are there any permission for templates when sharing them?We use a custom permission profile to allow our users to create, use and share templates since we want our users to use this feature for their own templates.But we also have some company wide templates that should not be editable but only useable.
