Hi, 

Can anyone tell me if its possible to add unique, consecutive numbering to each form completed using Webforms? Ideally on the completed form itself. We use webforms for client submissions, and would like to automatically add a unique form number to each completed envelope so we can more easily identify them.

I understand you are looking for a way to number the responses created by a Web Form

 

Unfortunately, this option is not currently available.

 

You can add a specific Identifier using Envelope Custom field to the template used in the Web Form (you would need to create a new Web Form) and run a report searching for that specific identifier. Please view the below articles for more information:

However, any feedback that can improve our users’ experience is always more than welcome. 

 

If you’re a DocuSign Administrator for a corporate plan, you have the additional option of filing your request directly when you’re logged into your account. You’ll be able to click the “Give Feedback” button at the bottom of the screen to submit your idea.

Will Docusign ever consider having the ability to place a form number on a webform?

I wouldn’t be able to say as it takes a process to add a new feature, either requested or not, however, having the customer request an enhancement makes it much more likely for it to be created/added.
