We use DocuSign to manage agreements across approximately 70 customer organizations. For our tracking purposes, it's essential to capture the organization name that has signed the agreement, rather than the name of the individual signer.However, we've encountered a challenge: the notifications we receive and the reports we can generate from DocuSign do not include the organization name. It appears that this information is not being pulled from the signed agreement, even when it's entered there.Is there a clever way to be easily notified of the signing organization rather than the signer, or do I have to make sure that the contacts within the DocuSign platform have the organization name included somewhere?Thanks 

Text in a pdf document is changed by docusign while uploading as a template document.Why does this happen? How to fix? Many thanks for help!Thomas

For three days, I have clicked the button for Promote to Production. I click through to my paid account, select the user there, and the system then says there will be a go live decision in 48 hours.24 hours later, I go back, and the Promote to Production.Looking to contact someone in Support fails, as the question mark only has the Support Center, and no option to contact support.How, exactly, do I go live if the automated system doesn’t work and there isn’t support to contact? Or do I need to rewrite my integration to use a service that actually works? 

Hi, I am wondering if there is an "or" functionality where as I am able to send a document to two people (from one department) but only require one of their signatures in order for it to progress to the next signatory?In other words, I send out documents for signing to different departments but only need one signature from each department but I'd like everyone in that department to be able to have the chance to sign and once it is it goes to the next department. Please advise if there is a way to make this work! ThanksJimmy

Hi there,I have some documents stored in a folder in CLM. All these documents have an attribute listing the name of the client who signed the document. My CLM already has some folders with the same names, but not all of them. I want to know how I can move all the documents to their corresponding folders (or create a new folder with the client’s name). Thank you!

Hi everyone,I’m looking for advice on how to configure a bulk send scenario.I need to send out about 300 envelopes using the bulk tool. Each envelope will always go to one known recipient (the main participant). However, in certain cases, if that recipient has a spouse, we also need the spouse to complete and sign one of the documents (spousal consent).The challenge: Conditional requirement – We don’t always know in advance if the recipient has a spouse. If they do, the spouse must sign. If not, that step should be skipped. Unknown contact info – We don’t have the spouse’s name or email. This information would need to be provided by the first signer (the known recipient). Hi all. I have a customized report that I generate weekly on Mondays.Up to last week, everything was perfect. The report was generated at roughly 3AM, and I could modify it as needed in the morning and send it off to the interested party.Today (Monday Aug, 25), it arrived at 2:11 PM. A little too late in the day.I checked the scheduling and it does not offer the option to select a time for generation.How is the time of generation calculated? Is there anything I can do to have it generated early in the morning?As always, thank you! 

We would like to implement a configuration where user accounts in DocuSign are automatically assigned different accounts and permission profiles based on their Active Directory (AD) group membership. Please confirm if this approach is supported with SAML/JIT provisioning setup, and if any additional configuration steps are required on either the Identity Provider or DocuSign side. Hi everyone,I believe I can create a public link on the website for customers to sign a form based on the template i’ve created. I have some questions:Can the customer upload a PDF document with prepopulated fields into Docusign and then sign the document?  Can additional supporting attachments be uploaded as part of the envelope but does not populate into the template/form e.g an image of license Can certain fields (excluding the signature field) be completed in Docusign after uploading the PDF where some information is prepopulated? and can that be any field? Hello All,I set up a DocuSign template where users can send agreement us customers. Once customers sign the agreement, I want those agreements to be stored in a SharePoint document library. I set SharePoint app in the Connection.Then I set up rule and action in the DocuSign.In the action part under the Customize file and folder name/path, there are several options which do not help my idea.I want to capture some document custom fields into the file name so that when it stores into the SharePoint it is easy to find by the document custom fields.Unfortunately, I could find any available solution out there.I would appreciate if some can help me on this.Thanks PS: Please see the attached image for clarification.  

Hi,Are Docusign fields supposed to have solid white backgrounds during the signing phase? I expected them to be transparent and not cover up any of the form lines/text all the way through, but in my account as soon as I kick a doc out for signing all of the fields take on a solid white background which looks terrible and is concerning since they turn to the expected transparent upon full execution...when I sign something I want to look exactly like it did when I signed it.Is this a bug or some setting I can change? Screenshots below (read captions): Editing Doc in Room (all good)Preparing for signing, still good

I have paid for a docusign account.  Cannot access account.  Seeing the following message: “Server Request Error: Could not load settings.”  I have tried mutliple browsers.  Same issues.  So far nobody is helping with this.

The error is: “If this is your first login attempt after purchasing a Docusign plan, allow 15 minutes for account creation before accessing your account. For all other log in scenarios,  contact Docusign Support  for assistance.”. But my account has been created more than 4 days ago. I am sending requests via SMS using the api from Salesforce. The text that is sent is not very user-friendly. Is there a way to modify it?

I'd like to know if the API allows me to initiate the signature type that someone within my company or a contractor should use to sign a document. Should it be: Electronic Signature, DS Email Signature, EU Advanced Electronic Signature (AES), or EU Qualified Electronic Signature (QES).

Hi friends,I’ve attached two images to simplify explaining this. The first one shows my PDF of the envelope (no text tab seen), and the second image shows the Correction of the envelope (with text tab “Rejected” visible). Is there a reason why I cannot see my text tab “Rejected” in the embedded signing or PDF of the envelope? Can I allow signers to see added text tabs when signing? This would help clarify if a user has rejected an envelope for all signers.Thanks

I want to make it so that the default is to allow recipients to edit an envelope as opposed to having to check the box in the “advanced settings” each time an envelope is sent. I don’t want everyone at my company to have to remember to check that box every time they send something. I swear I remember Docusign having this feature, but I cannot find it anywhere in the settings nor on any forum posts. 

Hello, The sender stated that they have sent us the envelopes four times but we are unable to receive them. We have checked the spam folder but no luck. We have the envelope IDs but couldn’t find a way to contact Support to get assistance on how to access them.  Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Is it possible to modify this setup and get the delegator’s one, with the precision it has been signed by the delegate in the envelope details ?Thanks for your help !
