How can I add more recepients - status : waiting

Question

We have two DocuSign envelopes that are currently in the same status.

For 1st envelope, I cannot add new recipients during correction. Status: waiting for 2 others
For 2nd envelope, I can add new recipients during correction: Status: waiting for 3 others

Could you please help me understand what might be causing this difference? How can I add more recepients? Would be important.

Both envelopes were created using the same source template.

This is quite important for us, as we would like to add one additional recipient to approximately 40 documents where the first signer has already signed and very difficult to void/recreated. These are important customer contracts. I have advanced sender rights. However, the user who shared the envelope with me with edit permissions does not have advanced rights, and she is also unable to add recipients. I can give you the example envelope numbers in case needed.

This done by my colleague. If I create an evelope (same template) after the first signature done, stil can add new recepients.
