Question about Demo Account Microsoft Azure Migration

Hi Everyone,

I have a question regarding “the Azure migration of demo accounts.”

How can I check whether our demo account has already been migrated to the Azure environment?

Also, do DocuSign send us any notfification once the migration is completed (for example via email or developer portal)?

Thanks in advance for any insights.

P:S. Before migrating our production account to Azure, we would like to use our demo environment to test performance and address any concerns.

Hi ​@hfakih,

All demo account has been migrated to azure.  Docusign does not send a notification once the migration is completed.  The migration is according to the following schedule:

  •   Demo account transactions: October 2025
  •   Free account transactions: October-November 2025
  •   Self-Service account transactions: November-December 2025
  •   Managed account transactions: January-May 2026
