How do i set up 2 step verification

Do you mean how to add two factors of authentication?

 

If so, besides the email address (one factor of authentication) you can add an Access Code (it’s free), and if your plan has the SMS authentication factor enabled, you can add it too, so the signer will access the envelope by their email then before get access to the envelope’s contents he will get a pop-up asking to press a button that will send a security token to his mobile phone, after typed the token code, he will access the envelope’s contents.

See an example in the figure below:

 

If you’re based in USA so you can use the Knowledge Database as another factor of authentication.
