Hi all, I work for a production company and we use Docusign for contracts and other confidential documents.  The Production Coordinator of one of our shows (freelance, so not a permanent employee of the company) has asked if she can use our account.  We have a spare seat so we could add her easily, but I’m concerned that this would allow others to access all the documents in our library.  Does anyone know if it is possible to add a user to an account, setting it up so that that user will see only their own documents etc Many thanks, John

An user created with the Permission Profile: DS Sender, only can manage their own envelopes, they cannot see others envelopes in the account.

 

To an user see/interact with other users’ envelopes is necessary an Admin grant such permission (Shared Access option in the Settings page), otherwise a DS User is restricted to their own envelopes.
