How can I indicate that there are 2 people allowed to sign at a certain level, one of them action as a back-up ?

I am new here and trying to find out how I as an Administrator I can make sure that the 2 people who need to sign a timesheet (the N+1 and the N+1 of the N+1) each have a back-up who can sign when absent, and this without the 2 people being notified ?

If you are an EnterprisePro account holder, you can try the Signing Groups feature.It allows people in the groupto open and act on document fields addressed to that group. It will notify everyone, but whomever opens the envelope first get the ability to sign.
