When an envelope is sent to an external user (Signer) why are they being prompted to login to access the document first?

We send forms to clients (Signers) requesting information thru pre-meeting forms but when the individual clients (Signer) receive the envelope or email it appears they are initially being requested to login to access the document (but they have not set up a DocuSign account) and are indicating they don't have a password.

Is there a way to allow a signer to edit their email address when signing the document?

We would like to make an email address editable to the signer. We would have the email field default to the signers email address but if a different email address should be used for invoicing we want to give the signer the ability to modify.

If i have multiple signers for an envelope, how does it look on their end when others need to sign as well?

Can the other signers see other signature lines but are just grayed out? Can they also see who else has signed the document or which signature is pending? Thank you so much for your time!

How ensure signers don't get completed documents.

How can I prevent any of the signers from receiving a copy of the completed document once all the signers have signed (essentially so I can hold them in escrow for a closing until payment is received), so I have the only fully signed copy. I unticked "attach documents to completion email" but my test runs show that recipient can still sign into their DocuSign accounts and get a fully signed copy. Is there a way to accomplish this? Thanks.

When saving a document to PDF, it is actually saving as a Word document. How do I fix this?

I've even tried printing to PDF and it saves as a Word document.

SMS Authentication not being sent out when testing with SDK

I am using the SDK provided by DocuSign. I am instantiating a RecipientSMSAuthentication object and adding one phone number to the list. When I send the document through DocuSign, the recipient is not receiving a SMS for authentication. How can I enable SMS authentication? I've verified that the settings are configured correctly on the Admin portal. Is this something not available when using the demo environment perhaps? Appreciate any help, thank you

How can I make the signature bigger?

Even though I used the whole space to save my signature using the app, whenever I have to sign it appear really small. Is there a way I can adjust the size of the signature when I'm uplaoding / configuring the templates?

Complete PowerForm now but sign later

​I'm creating a powerform that needs to be completed by the "Leader" and then go through four more signatures before coming back (could take weeks) to the originating Leader to approve the entire process. If I set up recipient 1 and 5 as the same role/person, it asks for the signature when the form is being completed. How do I set it up so that the initiator doesn't sign until the form is routed to the others first?

The option to create a new Template is not visible from my "Template" menu.

When I select the "Templates" header, the Template page loads on Docusign. However, there is not any option there to create a new template. Am I missing something?

Sending to multiple people but only require one their signatures to proceed

Hi, I am wondering if there is an "or" functionality where as I am able to send a document to two people (from one department) but only require one of their signatures in order for it to progress to the next signatory? In other words, I send out documents for signing to different departments but only need one signature from each department but I'd like everyone in that department to be able to have the chance to sign and once it is it goes to the next department. Please advise if there is a way to make this work! Thanks Jimmy
