Hello,

How can I verify whether my account allows for requesting Qualified Signatures? And if possible how can I enable qualified signatures?

On https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&bundleId=xcm1643837555908&topicId=wjg1635415874371.html&_LANG=enus it says that: “Requesting qualified signatures to recipients requires that your account allows one of the following QES signature types: DS EU Qualified with in-person ID check, IDnow - EU Qualified, or Signer Held EU Qualified.”

Hello, @Igniters Tech Consulting

You are welcome to the Docusign Community!

In the Settings page you can look for: Signature Types

If you don’t see that option that means your account does not have such Add-On. Contact the Sales team to get information about adding this Add-On to your account.

Let me know if I answered your question.

Best,

Alexandre

Thank you Alexandre,

I think our account does not have that Add-on, we’ll be contacting the sales team.

Best,
