Is that error occurring in an application/software connected to Docusign eSignature via API? If so, it’s something to be reviewed by the application/software developer. That type of window error pop-up is not seems to be a Docusign error.
If you’re using the Docusign eSignature Web interface to send an envelope, where exactly such error shows up?
