Download signed document from powerform

I have a powerform on my website. Is it possible that whoever fills this out as the abillity to download it after signing?

@pauljmeyer - Yes, at the end of the signing ceremony they will be presented with an option to download. Also, if their email is added to the workflow, as one of the fields, they will get a notification once the envelope is completed.
