Attachment to Doc Gen Form.

I’m building a simple workflow - using a doc gen form and I want to be able to add an attachment to it.  I’ve added the attachment field to the form as per below.  I’ve used the drop down ‘attachment’ field and allowed the attachment to be uploaded form computers. When testing the work flow the form it allows me to add the document required without error - however when it comes through to review and send for signature the name of the document is there only - no actual attachment.  I require a signature on this document. I’m having trouble finding where I’m missing a step.  Can anyone help?   Shelley

Hi, we’re a B2B organization with clients who need their users to sign certain documents. We’re looking to build an integration with DocuSign where the documents designed using our product needs to be signed by our customer’s users in an embedded way at the right time in their journey in our product. I’d like to understand how the pricing works for General Connector Implementation Plan vs ISV License OEM Implementation Plan. In General Connector Implementation Plan, what type of license (E-sign plan or Developer API plan) should be purchased by our company and what should be purchased by our customers?Similarly in ISV License OEM Implementation Plan, what type of license (E-sign plan or Developer API plan) should be purchased by our company? In this plan, can we monitor envelope usage of each of our customers seperately to be able to bill them as per their usage?

Reminders not being sent as per the configured intervals

HiWe’ve configured our global reminder settings to below: On an envelope that was created, we see the following: To test the reminders, we didn’t respond to the initial request for signature. We only got one reminder after three days, and no other reminders. As per the settings, it should send us a reminder every day. Also, the settings on the envelope should be changeable.All reminder settings have been like this for about a month now.Does anyone have an idea what we can do here?Kind regards,Bart

Webforms & Power Automate Developement

Webforms looks great but I don’t think it will catch on without the ability to add attachment / take photo 🤔 This would be a game changer if the power automate connector was then also simpler so that you can collate replies into a Sharepoint list or Excel online. This an then be connected to PowerBi so that you can identify themes, performce etc...leading to improvement projects.

Clickwrap and eSignature on the same agreement

We have a requirement to get consent from the customer, by clicking "I agree" checkbox in the agreement. We are considering clickwrap feature for this. However, we need to capture the customer signature also in the same agreement. Is it possible to combine clickwraps and eSignature. Or is there any alternative workarounds?

I am getting below error while trying to SSO using SAML.“You have attempted to access a restricted URL. If you feel you have reached this page in error, please contact your internal system administrator . Transaction Id: 144e091c-e10f-4c9f-9ae5-d63d266b2a29”This errors seems to be happen randomly.

Downloaded Document format

Hi all,I  have some form fields that I send in the document to create an envelope in DocuSign. Once the signers have signed and I download the document via DocuSign connect, I do some post processing on the form fields. I am not receiving the form fields in the downloaded document from DocuSign, how do I get them?

Are senders copied on reminders?

Hello,I would like to know if senders receive a copy of the reminders they set up for signers. For example, if a reminder is set every day, would both the sender and signer receive a reminder, or just the signer?Thanks,Matt

How arrange forwarding of envelope?

I’m sure this has been answered somewhere alread but thank you again for your responses. I want to send an envelope with several documents to sign. I’m going to send it to just one person (an administrator) who will then forward the envelope onto several other people to complete with their signatures.Can you recommend a video tutorial on how to do this? I’m having difficulty understanding how to go about it.Many thanks for your time

Copies

I only need one signature, but two others "receive copies only".  Why does status say "waiting for three to respond".  Not true.  Waiting for one to "respond" two of the three are not respondeing to anything, but will be provided with copies

Powerform / Workflow Question

I have a Powerform created which will host an NDA we will distribute to potential investors as a URL.   Upon completion of the Powerform, I would like to automatically send investment materials as attachments in a follow up email to the signer using workflows.   None of the follow up materials need to be signed, only the NDA on the powerform.   Is this possible?

DocuSign Index file.

Hi, I am wondering if anyone can assist me in how to download a full index file of completed envelopes into our local ECM (LaserFiche). When I Download the documents using DocuSign Retrieve for testing purposes, the index file there is no information pertaining documents downloads. Is there something I’m missing? This will soon be an automation that needs to pull the files and index them in the correct account for tracking purposes.  Any Assistance is greatly appreciated. Thanks  -Jose.

Hi Guys,I was recently asked to sign some documents using Docusign. I went to the site and download the windon OS program. Unfortunately, the program I downloaded required 64 bit mine is 32 bit. We went through a bunch of different ways with the company and I even tried Acrobat which they would not accept. Finally we signed the documents with 3 different witness. Which was crazy! Is there a windows 10 32 bit program???

I have input the correct phone number and client can't receive SMS

Can you attach external documents i.e. ID and or Police Check to Docusign.

Good Afternoon Docusign Community.We are reviewing and looking at setting up a DocuSign account however need to know.If I am to send relevant parties a DocuSign can one of those party's sign and in turn attach documents back to me.For example, if I need to send a document to 3 parties, but party 1 I require them to send back a copy of Police Check and documents is this possible. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Regards Amanda Flynn

Can one form by be refreshed and resigned by a new customer repeatedly?

Hello everyone! I work at a sporting facility with over 30 people needing to sign waivers each day. We have long had this process on physical paper but I’m wondering if Docusign can facilitate it digitally. I need my form to be signed by a random guest and then once its been submitted it must reset for a new guest to fill out. I need to be able to store each response individually as well. I would be greatly appreciated if someone could help me solve this issue :)

URL Link in DocuSign document

How do I change my account email?

How do I change my account email? I have followed the instructions below several times, but no verification code is coming through, I have checked my junk folder for the code but there is nothing. Please could you offer some assistance, thank you.To change your email addressLog in to your DocuSign account. Click your profile image in the upper-right corner and select Manage Profile. On the My Profile site, on the PERSONAL tab, click the arrow next to your email address. On the Change DocuSign Email Address page, enter your new address and click CONTINUE. A message is sent to your old email address informing you about the change of email request. Another message is sent to your new email address with a link for you to confirm the change. Log out of your DocuSign account. From the new email account, in the confirm message, click the CONFIRM link and follow the directions. Once you confirm the change, your email is updated and the changes apply to all future envelopes and notifications.

How to Lock a template

I have created a new template, but when I got to save it, a little red window pops up saying “template is not locked” - is this referring to making fields mandatory or is there another area where I can “lock” it after I’ve created it?  Just trying to make sure my senders in my office can’t change certain things.  Thanks in advance!

Sent Envelope from Template

I am currently using a template with an embedded word document. This document uses {{name}} so that when the API is invoked to create an envelope from the template that value can be replaced. To date I have not been able to perform this replacement and I do not know what could be happening.I attached a bit of the code:
