We have a use case that wants on the completed email notifications, to attached the completed signed pdf to only ONE recipient in the signing order.    Is this possible?  If so, how do you do it?

 

Second question: Regarding attaching the pdf to completed email notifications.  Can this ‘rule’ be defined at the template level?  ex:  Template 1 - yes we want the pdf to be attached to only one role on the template.  Template 2 - we do not want any pdf’s attached to any role on the template.   Is this possible?

Hello!  Unfortunately, attaching the completed documents to the envelope completion email is an all or none option set by the DS Admin at the account level.  There is no way to define whether certain recipients or certain templates can be excluded/included from this behavior.

That is an amazing enhancement request I’ve not heard before, so I highly recommend you submit that via the Ideas tab at the top of the Community navigation header!  Great suggestion for future updates!
