Is there a way to give access to the Signer’s timeline to another person, throughout the process? More than just after final reciept of all signatures?

Thank you for reaching back.

Unfortunately, Docusign does not have that ability, you would need to either add them to the signing order as a CC or as a “Needs to View”, otherwise you would need to manually provide the History to the non-signer.

I understand you would like to provide access to a Signer’s timeline prior to completing the envelope.

When you say “timeline” do you mean history?: Envelope History

Would this other person be part of the signing order (added as a recipient)?

Hi Nathan,

For the situation I was thinking of, a Non-Signing party was interested in the envelope history of the document, throughout the process. Or, is that access reserved for Admins? For instance, would it be possible to give this Non-Signing party an email alert after each Signing Party had completed their tasks? Thanks!
