I’ve got a template where the list of recipients is as follows:

  1. Employee (blank)
  2. Program/Department Director (blank)
  3. Financial (routing group)
  4. Senior Director (routing group)
  5. Executive Director (routing group)
  6. Accounts Payable (signing group)
  7. Accounts Payable (CC)

When I open the Power Form URL, I see the first page, where I input my name and email as an employee and then my supervisor's email as program/department director. The routing and signing groups take care of the rest. When I click on Begin Signing, I’m brought to my template form.

When I click on my template form, the #2 person entered as the program/department director immediately gets an email asking for their document review. If they open the document before the employee completes the required information, they'll see a blank document.

How do I adjust my template/Power Form so the #2 person entered into the workflow doesn’t receive the email to review the document until the first person clicks on Finish?

Thanks in advance!  =)

@Joshua.Peter

On your template, did you set a Signing Order for the Employee and the Program/Department Director?  This will ensure that the Employee completes their portion of the document before it gets routed to the Program/Department Director.

I found it. Somehow, the recipient order had the top two recipients set to 1. For some odd reason, when I tried numbering the second one as two, it automatically set the third recipient as 2. Manually setting the third from 2 to 3 fixed that.

I’m glad you were able to figure it out.
