I wanted to know if it’s possible to provide two signature tabs but only one will be signed?
To give a context, I need two signature tabs representing a “Yes” or “No” decision. So the person who is signing will sign on either of this as a decision.
Is this something that can be done with Docusign?

I understand you need to add two signature fields but have the signer sign only one depending on a Yes or No answer.
Unfortunately, what you are looking for can not be achievable with signature tabs alone, you would need to add radio butto9ns (or checkboxes with a certain validation to make it required) and have them select a Yes or No option and depending on the response a signature field shows up.
Hidden fields to then have them appear depending on the answer of a different field is called conditional logic: Conditional Fields
