How to use digital certificate (ICP-Brasil)

Welcome to the Docusign Community and thank you for posting your concerns!

 I understand you need to use ICP Brazil.

To do so, you first need to have the pin enabled on your account, please contact Customer Support for assistance on this: https://support.docusign.com/en/contactSupport 

If you have it already enabled or once it is enabled you should be able to create an envelope and on the recipient level select the needed signature type like shown in the following links:
