I would like the new “Show recipient details” option to be set to ON as the default so I don’t have to click it every time I need to see the details. I cannot find this as an option in settings. Please advise.

Hi everyone,I'm using a DocuSign Developer (demo/sandbox) account for API testing and have reached the envelope limit. I understand this is a common limit in sandbox environments, but I need to continue testing.I also have a regular DocuSign account, but I'm not on any paid plan currently.When I try to access DocuSign Support to request a reset, I'm unable to log in. It says "Unable to log in" — I believe this is because free developer accounts don’t have full support access.I came across the DocuSign support form (https://support.docusign.com), but I’d like to confirm:- Is this the correct way to request a reset?- Is there a faster way to get envelopes reset for sandbox accounts?- Do I need to be on a paid plan to request a reset, or is this still available for free developer accounts?- I stumble upon on Docusign Support Plans, will this help on my reset envelope request, and if so how much will this cost?- Or the reset request will be available if i purchase the API plans on Develope

A member of our C-level team would like to send a group of people an email from within our business email account with a link to a docusign document and also an attachment that is for information only. Is there a way to do that? The document we’re sending for signature requires some explanation, and the sender prefers that the document come from his email address. Thanks for your help. I am unable to receive webhooks on my development server from DocuSign.When DocuSign tries to send the webhook, I see the following error:Error - The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel.

We are integrating with DocuSign using the Python SDK.We implemented retrieving the envelope sender view URL via the API so it can be edited within an iframe.The template editing screen was implemented in the same manner.The view URL functions correctly when accessing the application under development via localhost or 127.0.0.1. However, accessing it via an internal IP like 192.1.x.x or an external IP results in a 401 error.How can I make the view screen appear in an iframe when accessing via an internal IP like 192.1.x.x?  

I wanted to check DocuSign Notary in my developer (demo) account there I can see the Notary option,but while testing found that the live video recording and screen sharing features are not available.but I need to test and demonstare the full RON workflow before going to production. How can i enable video session and recording feature in my demo account.or any other alternative to do the same?

I write multiple contracts with 200+ pages for backup, fairly frequently. Due to the current max 25MB restrictions, if the backup exceeds the current capacity, I use another platform for electronic signature, such as BlueBeam. So, what are the benefits to Docusign if another platform can preform the same electronic signature functionality with no size restrictions?

I am getting friends asking if I sent them docusigns.  I have not.  So either my email got hacked, which I don’t show any emails going out or its coming from docusign directly using a false account under my email.  Is there a way to prevent any more of these emails from going out?  Because I never sent a docusign out before?

I’m at the end of my rope at this point, every corner I turn DocuSign finds new ways to frustrate my efforts to use their product.  My frustrations are as both a receiver and sender.I am a subcontractor and I receive about 150-200 DocuSign Envelopes per year and about once a year we will try to bulk send documents to 50-60 employees, for signature.  The single most annoying aspect as a envelope consumer; there’s no ability for me to Tag or annotate for internal use only what an envelope is.  I receive many docusigns that have subjects “Please Sign Docusign 180005220B003” and at any given time I may have 3-4 of similar looking envelope titles from the same client in various stages of review and execution.  So I either need to memorize that 180005220B003 = “5th St Lobby Phase 1 Contract” or I need to go through each one envelope in the queue looking for the correct one.   Then there are the little issues like the forever bug where if I after completing a envelope if I tried to move it to

Hi,I am posting for a new agent who is having issues with DocuSign.  He is able to create a room, load and edit documents within the room, and then when he clicks the check box on documents he needs to send for signature and then clicks “create envelope” he gets an error message of “Unable to Access Envelope”.  Tried researching and did see that it’s often related to an envelope being corrected.  That being said, the error is showing when a brand new envelope is being created. **We access DocuSign through the Command Database (Keller Williams).  Any help or insight appreciated.Thank you!April

I signed a contract a few year ago and I can’t seem to find the contract.  It was initiated by another company and I didn’t have a docusign login at the time.  The emailed copy of the contract I believe has been deleted.  Is there a way to pull it out of the archives?

When editing permission profiles based on DS Sender, I see Allow Transactions and the sub options for Create, Delete Documents & Delete Transactions.  What are these for? Is it for Rooms? I am not familiar with Transactions in eSignature. And searching for these terms seems to pull up Rooms and Mortgages. 

I had created an envelope with one of my email address (which I don’t remember now). I do have the signed copy of the envelope and the mail that was used to receive the document as I had to sign it as well (with a different email address). I need to make modifications to the envelope and send it out again, but I dont know the sender email address which I used. Is there a way to find out the sender email address, if I have the envelope ID(which is present on the signed document)

Hi,I’m working with a sandbox to integrate docusign in my web app. My service is able to create the envelopes and, checking on the docusign developer page all appear to work properly. The problem is that the mail never get to the recipients.This is my second integration with docusign and I’ve never experienced truble like this, I’ve tried to resend from my docusign developer page, change the addresses and check the spam of all the mail that I’ve sent the envelopes.For my developer account I’ve created 2 accounts one for each integration that I’m working on.I’m fresh out of ideas and I don’t understand if there is some mistake on my part that I should fix or if it’s something platform related.Thanks,Best RegardsPietro

For a month now, DocuSign support has been taking me around in circles. There is a major defect in the checkbox group validation, By selecting the “Exactly 1”, or “No more than 1” validation option, the end-user should be able to check only one box out of the selected Checkbox Group (and not be able to select multiple check boxes), however this is not working as designed. The end result is the user can select (and check) all the checkboxes in the group. Im using envelope level connect keys and setting the includeHMAC to true in the eventNotification object of the envelope.This works and the x-docusign-signature headers are being sent as part of the call. We are using this with a client and initially the x-docusign-signature headers were coming through. But the x-docusign-signature headers are no longer present. Ive checked with our client and the connect key still exists for that account.Is there any reason or a configuration setting that would stop the headers coming through?

Hi!I’ve been trying to use the Bulk Send feature in DocuSign, but I’m running into issues.What I’ve done so far: Created a template and ensured my Data Labels match the field names exactly. Prepared a CSV file trying to follow DocuSign’s formatting guidelines. Tried uploading the CSV for Bulk Send. The problems I’m seeing: Sometimes I get an error message telling me to “use Bulk Send Version 2.” Other times I just get a generic error. What I need help with: Confirming that Bulk Send is fully enabled on my account. Understanding the exact way to format the CSV for custom field mapping. Clarifying any required settings for role names, Data Labels, and case sensitivity to ensure correct mapping. I created various Docusign Envelope Templates with merge fields, custom email messages, etc. Initially I was using the custom buttons that were created when I created the envelopes to send the documents, but the requirements have changed, and we want to use the single Send with Docusign button. The Send with Docusign button allows me to choose the template, but it isn’t using the correct email subject and message and it doesn’t include all of the merge fields I have added. When I select the template, it shows that i am selecting that one that I just modified, but it is not correct. What am I missing?
