Bulk Send missing

We have an Enterprise Pro account and I’m an account admin. I followed every review and help desk suggestion for turning on bulk send and still cannot access it. What can I do?

We understand and apologize that you can't access the bulk send feature in the account. I’ll be glad to help you with this.

The bulk send feature is available to the Enterprise Pro plan account. If you’re part of a corporate plan and want to explore enabling this feature, we recommend that you submit a ticket through Docusign Support Center for a feature enablement assistance request. Docusign Community space focuses on general guidance; any account changes or feature inquiries will need to go through our Support team directly. 👉 Open a Support Case
