It shocking to me how hard it is get subscription support. It taken me 30 minutes chatting to try to change my subscription. I know Docusign wants to lower costs, but my request would have taken 1 minute with a real person.

All Docusign customers can chat with a Live Support Expert using our chat feature. However, if you have a paid account, you can immediately request a call back or email and be connected to our support representatives.
