It shocking to me how hard it is get subscription support.  It taken me 30 minutes chatting to try to change my subscription.  I know Docusign wants to lower costs, but my request would have taken 1 minute with a real person.

All Docusign customers can chat with a Live Support Expert using our chat feature. Navigate to our Support page: https://support.docusign.com/s/contactSupport?language=en_US&rsc_301  > Select Chat with us to kick off the conversation. Tell our Docusign bot you want to speak to a live Support Expert, and you will be connected.

However, if you have a paid account, you can immediately request a call back or email and be connected to our support representatives.
