Docusign PowerForm Signer Error

I received this message when trying to log on to docusign for a program to sign an agreement. How to fix? 

Unable to load PowerForm signing process. Error: AccountId:*information removed due to PII*, Suspension Status: 'manual'

To further assist, would you be able to let us know if you are signing a normal envelope or if you are signing from a Power Form link? You may also send us a screenshot of the error message you are receiving.
