I paid for the annual not wanting it. I wanted the monthly. I was charged $129.60. I cannot speak to 1 single person. The live chat will not open for me. When it does, the links it sends me to use won’t work. It says I have to be a paying customer to contact via phone or e-mail. I clearly am. I have an invoice in my e-mail and the chat sent me one as well, when it did work. I just lost $500 and add the $129.60 on top of that. All due to Docusign not recognizing that I paid for a plan and will not let me send any envelopes. I am so unsatisfied. Impossible to reach an actual person. I will not recommend Docusign to anyone. I would like my money back.
