How to see the raw data behind Reports

Question

I was looking into a project partner that is slow to Docusign things and the “Recipient Activity Report” is exactly what I needed. However, their “Average Completion Time” is within the allotted time - the issue is specific envelopes that they are slow to sign. Is there a way to expand the data behind a report into multiple line items addressing each individual envelope? I understand that I can simply look at Completed Envelopes and export that as a CSV. The gap I am seeing is that there is no “User Completion Time” column, at least with my current configuration. As a result, I would have to do some Excel magic with lookups to find all of the signers previous to my recipient of interest and get the time it actually takes them to sign. I can do so, but I figured I’d see if there’s a way to get that information out of the box that I’ve missed before putting in that effort.

Sorry I missed this. I tried the “Envelope Report” and it didn’t quite work. Every line for recipient gave me “multiple”. However, when I try the “Envelope Recipient Report” it gives me exactly what I need - a line by line breakout of the specific time used by the specific recipient. Thanks!

In the report setup, include the column Completion Time (DD:HH:MM), which shows the duration from when the envelope was first sent until it was completed. Then, use the filter to narrow the results to the specific signer.
