How to see the raw data behind Reports

I was looking into a project partner that is slow to Docusign things and the “Recipient Activity Report” is exactly what I needed. However, their “Average Completion Time” is within the allotted time - the issue is specific envelopes that they are slow to sign. Is there a way to expand the data behind a report into multiple line items addressing each individual envelope? I understand that I can simply look at Completed Envelopes and export that as a CSV. The gap I am seeing is that there is no “User Completion Time” column, at least with my current configuration. As a result, I would have to do some Excel magic with lookups to find all of the signers previous to my recipient of interest and get the time it actually takes them to sign. I can do so, but I figured I’d see if there’s a way to get that information out of the box that I’ve missed before putting in that effort.

Hello @Zach.CM.

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Docusign Community!

You may want to run an Envelope Report. In the report setup, include the column Completion Time (DD:HH:MM), which shows the duration from when the envelope was first sent until it was completed. Then, use the filter to narrow the results to the specific signer. This way, you’ll get a per-envelope breakdown of completion times for that individual, rather than just averages.
