Applying Company Logos to Documents

There isn’t a way to apply a company logo or stamp directly onto a document during envelope preparation unless the sender is also added as a recipient. The Stamp field is only available to recipients during the signing stage, so if you want to use it, you’ll need to include yourself on the recipient list.

If your goal is to have the logo or stamp appear on the document before sending it out for signatures, the recommended approach is to embed the logo or stamp in the file (PDF, Word, etc.) before uploading it. This ensures the logo is part of the document itself and will be visible to all recipients once the envelope is sent.
