I am Getting Error when I am trying to login docusign in Netsuite. I have attached the screenshots for your reference. Please do have a look and help me please. Thanks

We apologize that you are unable to log in to your Docusign account via the NetSuite application. I’ll be glad to help you with this.

Have you tried logging in to the email address mentioned in the error message by chance? Please ensure that your Docusign registered email address matches your NetSuite account. We recommend that you contact your IT support and ask for help to reconfigure your NetSuite with your Docusign account. Also, you can verify your Docusign registered email with your Docusign account administrator to ensure that you are using the correct email.
