What does this mean? "Each recipient must have an authentication type specified." I have never had this come up before. How do I get rid of it?

For various reasons we have to void envelopes and for various reasons we do not want the recipient to receive notification of the envelope being voided. The documentation says that a recipient who has not signed the document will not receive notification of the envelope being voided, however we have multiple customers who have not signed yet are getting notification of the voidingIs it possible to turn off these notifications

I cannot figure this one out!  One of our administrators is missing her waffle menu in the left top corner.  I’ve checked her account and as far as I can tell it is active, etc… She is both an organization admin and an admin of one of the accounts within the organization. Anyone else encounter this before? Thanks.

I have a stable integration with SAP Ariba and our DocuSign implementation (OAuth 2.0). Now, the user account involved when setting up the integration having DocuSign DSAdmin permission has left the organization. I am being asked to close their account. Can I close this account without impacting the consent granted back when we did the initial implementation? Unfortunately, the SAP implementor that guided us through these steps originally is no longer available to our admin team.

I have purchased docu sign businessI am trying to send an envelope to multiple recipients but i do not want the recipients to be able to see each others information. How do i hide recipients? Thank you 

I sent a document to be signed by myself and 2 others.  Everyone has signed but when the document was returned to my box there are now red sign here boxes over the signatures of the other 2 signers.  My signature is clear.    I can see their names under the red box but I can’t use it as it is.I would like to talk to someone form Docu Sign before I cancel my subscription but that seems to be an impossibility. Thanks

I need to confirm this configuration is supported: Upload PDF (with AcroForm fields or place DocuSign fields manually) Recipient A (Form Filler) = Needs to Sign, no signature/initial tabs — just text/number/date fields assigned to A. Recipient B (Director 1) = Needs to Sign with signature/date tabs. Recipient C (Director 2) = Needs to Sign with signature/date tabs. Signing order: A = 1, B = 2, C = 2 (so directors receive/sign in any order after A finishes). Auth: Access Code/SMS for A; SMS for B & C. Questions: Will Recipient A be able to complete the ceremony (click Finish) without any signature tab, and will routing then continue to B & C? With B=2 and C=2, will the directors be sent in parallel and allowed to sign in any order? Are A’s fields read-only for B & C by default (i.e., directors cannot change what A entered unless “collaborative fields” is specifically enabled)? I have a user attempting to create envelopes via power automate. When they do so, the power automate flow returns the following error when using the CreateEnvelope action: { "errorCode": "USER_DOES_NOT_BELONG_TO_SPECIFIED_ACCOUNT", "message": "The specified User is not a member of the specified Account."}They can run the flow, which requires a successful sign in to DocuSign.They can create and send envelopes via the DocuSign web app.  The user is a user in our DocuSign tenant, and DocuSign SSO group, and seemingly identical users are not encountering the error. Things I’ve tried to troubleshoot:re-created the user’s docusign account with highest privs deleted all previously created power automate connections associated with this user in power automate  re-created the connection used when signing into the flowAny assistance would be appreciated.

Hello Community. I have a free DocuSign account set up and I was just about to send a contract to be signed by the recipient, however, a noticed popped up that said I’ve reached my envelope limit. I don’t understand this, since I’m supposed to be allowed 10 envelopes per month and this would be my first one. Any help would be appreciated. Whenever I try and go to Plans & Billing in the Admin page, the page loads up for a second and then immediately starts continuously reloading.I have tried Anonymous sessions and other browsers all unfortunately behave the same, meaning the reloading happens on them as well.Please help

I am currently integrating DocuSign with Oracle Integration (OIC). At present, I am using the following REST API to generate a bearer token:<BASE_URL>/oauth/token?grant_type=refresh_token&client_id=[client_id]&client_secret=[client_secret]&refresh_token=[refresh_token] This works fine as long as my refresh token is valid. However, when the refresh token itself expires, I currently use Postman to manually log in to my DocuSign account, provide consent, and generate a new refresh token.This approach is not ideal since it introduces manual intervention and breaks the automation.My Questions: What is the best way to avoid this manual Postman step? Is there a way to fully automate the token generation process in Oracle Integration so that I don’t have to worry about refresh token expiry? Should I switch to the JWT Grant flow for this type of server-to-server integration? Any guidance on the recommended approach would be greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance! 

Noticed a glitch that allows us to correct an existing envelope by adding templates that were mistakenly left out. When doing so, it only adds the template documents and does not include any of the pre-set fields from the template. We’ve been having to start a new envelope when this occurs so that the fields will populate as they should. Is there a way around this or is it a bug that can be fixed?

Hi there, I’m a single user and I’m not sure if I use IP or domain allow-listing? Is this something I only need to worry about if I’m part of a large company with a tech department and security team? I work form home from my laptop. I assume no action is required on my part but wanted to confirm. 

The envelope ID is currently only accessible by going into the envelope itself - could this possibly be displayed on the “sent” page after the envelope is sent, in a copy/paste format? It would be helpful for tracking, reporting, and searching what we’re sending as a company.  

We are currently using DocuSign with our Trimble Unity Construct software in construction department.  We are getting a error that says : Freeform  signing is not allowed for your account because it conflicts with other settings, please place signing tabs for each signer.  We have to have signatures on multiple pages of documents from the same person.  Both locations we have added a signing tab for each place so the person signing  is not just signing wherever on the document.  Contacted Trimble support and they said it is a DocuSign issue.  Any help is appreciated. 

I have completed the e-signing of my offer letter. However, in Workday I am not getting the “Submit” option — it still only shows Cancel and Don’t Accept.I cleared my browser history and cache and also tried accessing Workday in a different browser and in incognito mode. It has been more than 10 hours, but the “Submit” option is still not appearing, even though the offer letter is already signed on DocuSign.In the history it is showing Signed. Can anyone help 

Hello, question about pricing / costs.It’s my intention to create an integration so my customers can use their own Docusign accounts.  I noticed there was a pricing page, which included a limited number of envelopes per month for $50 on a per user basis.There’s no planet where me paying $50 per user, in addition to the customer using their own account, makes business sense.  So I’m just hoping I can get some clarification on how this works. 

Hi all, I have a question related to SAP Document Generation.When we generate a document via sap and select -Allow Digital Signature. The document will be signed via DocuSign. Do you know if it is possible to generate a document via SAP Document Generation and sign the document using DocuSign (QES) Qualified electronic signature addon? Some of our markets require QES. Any help would be appreciated. ThanksAdam

Hi As of July 1, 2024 Microsoft is no longer allowing Add-In for new tenant.We want to be able to send a document for Esign with our Docusign account will inside the document library. I follow all the steps provided by Docusign and do not see Docusign option anywhere on in Sharepoint.  Does anyone know how we can set this up? Thanks in advance.

I’m currently experiencing an issue where files are not being saved back to SharePoint from DocuSign. After reviewing the logs, I found the following error:  Error:https://services.docusign.net/integrations-sharepoint/v1.0/api/postback?language=en-US :: Error - The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send.

Employee cannot access envelopes needing to be signed by a signing group. I did confirm she is assigned to that signing group. What could I be missing?

HELP HELP HELP Someone please help me before I eat a whole block of chocolate.  Im a new user and docusign seems to have very basic functions missing.  Forgive me if Im wrong.  At the moment Im disliking docusign thats why im reaching out.  I have issued 260 agreements and managing these seems to be a challenge.  Im sure there is a better way but I had to get these out urgently and it was/is what it was/is.  Sorting seems to be an issue for me.  I would think all the latest completed documents sit at the top of the list on the first page (date order)  but for some reason, they don’t - its random and there is no filter/sort function.   The order of these agreements is erratic.  Side note:  I created 2 separate folders that I move the completed agreements into once I have completed the PDF and Formdata.   This helps me identify the ones I have already downloaded the PDF and Formdata for.  The rest sit in SENT folder on the screen until I do my thing.   This seems to be the only way I can
