署名完了時に署名済みPDFと一緒にCertification（署名証明書）を添付して送ることはできませんか？ / Could you attach the certification together with the signed PDF when the signing process is completed?

The counterparty’s signer has requested that the certification be combined with the signed PDF and sent as a single file upon completion. I understand that the system allows us to download a merged file of the agreement and the certificate after signing is completed. However, is there a way to have this combined file attached to the completion email from the beginning?

We appreciate your question and assure you that we are fully committed to providing you with the best service possible.Currently, Docusign can include the Certificate of Completion together with the signed document when downloading a Combined PDF, if the account setting “Attach certificate of completion to envelope” is enabled by the account administrator.However, at this time, Docusign does not support sending the signed document and Certificate of Completion as a single combined PDF attachment directly in the completion email.
