I have an integration set up in place between Salesforce and Docusign. Currently what is happening is when I send a document or want to preview it the specific file is automatically saved to the related object. However, I don't want the unsigned copy to be saved. I only want the signed copy to be saved.

What can I do so that I only have one copy saved (the signed copy)? I was unable to find any details on this.

Hello @PSR — thanks for posting and welcome to the Docusign Community!

You might be referring to Gen in Salesforce. Gen automatically saves a copy to the related Files. At this time, there isn’t an option to open it in a preview‑only mode without saving.
