Thank you for reaching out here in the Docusign Community. It’s great to have you here! I understand that you want clarification on whether the envelopes that you signed using your free trial account remain permanent.  

Yes, the envelopes/documents you signed using your free trial account remain permanent as long as the account is active. 

However, please keep in mind that free trial accounts are being deactivated after 30 days. Once the account is deactivated, there is only a limited timeframe before the envelopes are permanently deleted from the system.
 

To ensure you don’t lose access to your documents, I highly suggest downgrading your account to a standard Free Account before the trial period ends. Downgrading to a free account allows you to maintain permanent access to view and download your completed documents without them being deleted. Alternatively, you can also download and save copies of all your completed envelopes to your local device for safekeeping. Download Documents
