Docusign Support - 'No, submit my case' box is not enabled

We are trying to raise a support case via the Docusign Support window, but on keying in the details to continue, the ‘No submit my case’ box is NOT enabled to click on.  Attached screen shot refers.

Has anyone else encountered this issue please?

You may try to perform the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies
  • Try using an incognito/private browsing window
  • Sign out of your Docusign account, then sign back in before accessing the support portal again
