Docusign Support - 'No, submit my case' box is not enabled

We are trying to raise a support case via the Docusign Support window, but on keying in the details to continue, the ‘No submit my case’ box is NOT enabled to click on.  Attached screen shot refers.

Has anyone else encountered this issue please?

You may try to perform the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies
  • Try using an incognito/private browsing window
  • Sign out of your Docusign account, then sign back in before accessing the support portal again

Thank you Cassandra.

Support have replied that they have an issue with the support page.

Clearing cache and cookies and using incognito has not resolved this.  We have also tried the ‘chat’ option.  Clicking on the ‘Chat with us’ box from ‘Start a Chat’ on the Support page is also not working.

We are waiting for further instructions

Thank you or your repy.  In the meantime Docusign Support have confirmed they have an issue at their end.Clearing cache and cookies and using incognito has not resolved this.
