We’re a Strategic Business Development Consultancy and we have 5 separate contracts.

As a vCSO and Executive Director for international companies, I need to be able to authorise documents for each of them with a digital signature for each. How do I do this with DocuSign? BTW I’m not a developer and don’t get that environment.

Hello @RobS2607, thanks for your question and welcome to the Docusign Community!

I get what you’re trying to do. Since you’ll be signing contracts sent to you, you can save multiple signature styles in your profile. That lets you pick the right one when you open a document to sign.

👉 Add and Manage Signatures

However, the signature itself won’t automatically show a company name or title. If you want that information to appear next to your signature, the person sending the document has to add a text field for you to fill in.

I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any questions.
