Hi together, We are trying to send an envelope to docusign via the ELO integration. We receive an error message, when the action “Send envelope” is triggered. “Signers that are required to meet 21 CFR part 11 compliance must have at least one required, non-conditional Signature or Initials tab.”In this post it seems as we would need a template with a signature tab:  Sadly we are not too familiar with creating templates. Does someone have a sample template that we could use for a test case? Thanks a lot in advance,Thilo Gaugler

Basically, I need to have one signature in case I need to sign a personal document and a new one that has the company signature, like a stampIf I try to add a second signature the system asked me if I want substitute it with the one already presents. En revanche pour autre champ texte, j’a coché également que les destinataires peuvent collaborer et j’ai un message d’erreur lors de la constitution de l’enveloppe. La seule différence entre le 1er et le 2ème champ est que le second est une valeur d’une formule de calcul.Est-il possible de contourner ce problème ?MerciBien cordialement, 

Hello! I am trying to send a bulk invite template to 5,000 people. Once the document is signed, I would like to export the signed documents to a .csv file report. Is it possible to filter out the people who have signed the document, so that the report only includes documents with the “complete” status? I do not want to include people who have not yet signed in the report. Thank you!

We are exploring an integration between DocuSign and Icertis system. I understand DocuSign offers different types of eSignature – Standard Electronic signatures, Advanced Electronic Signatures (AES), Qualified Electronic Signatures (QES). We requires a heightened level of identity assurance through digital certificates. What type / level of digital signature will be delivered by this DocuSign / iCertis integration? Is it limited to SES signature type or includes all signature types?

How I can solve the following problems?1- When the powerform has been completed, if the FO accesses the link again he receives no warning that the powerform process has been already completed. Do you know if exists a way to have a block in case of accidentally re-accesses the same email?2- It seems that the hyperlink can also be used by e-mail addresses other than those who received the powerform. Is it possible to set some sort of block for each powerform sent, so that it cannot be forwarded by the recipient to be used by another e-mail address?3- What the function is for quantity-based usage setting in the advanced options?thank you for your supportBR

Hello,In DocuSign, I have unchecked the "Notify me when an envelope is completed" box in the email preferences for signers. However, the recipient still receives an email after signing that says: "All parties have completed «document’s subject»". How can I stop this email from being sent?Thank you in advance for your assistance.Best regards, 

supported file format to upload logos seems to be XML only, how do I upload Jpg or Png format. secondly is there way to enlarge the logo?

Hi all,We are sending our new hires information and forms to complete and sign.  Then the entire packet comes back to the recruiter who also has to sign in a few places.  Is there a way to only get back the pages that the new hire completed and eliminate all the informational pages that come back?  We send a very long policy document as well as other information.  When we get this back we need to send the completed data pages only on to others to create an employee ID.Thank you for your help! 

Hi guys,First of all, sorry if this is not posted in the correct category.Is there a way to send multiple documents to different recipients ?Such as → Document-1 sent to recipient-1              → Document-2 sent to recipient-2 Perhaps a CSV file with the different data between Document-1 and Document-2 could work ?With everything in a unique bulk or something like that.Thank you for you help !  Anthony

I have two documents in my envelope, and I want to make it so that each document is it’s own section. The signer should know that these are two different documents. So the ideal workflow I am describing is that the signer gets the email, opens the doc, and they can go through and sign part 1. Once done, they click next, sign part 2, and then they can submit. Is this possible?

I would like to ask if it is because we authenticated DocuSign developer account to our testing tenant with my credentials, it shows up my name on top(Highlighted)   Is it because we are in our testing phase and using developer account it is giving  Demonstration document only on top of page in offer letter?  

I am unable to do the final editing after creating an envelope.  There is no drop-down on the left to add signature fields, info, etc. When I click on Active (Send Now) the icon appears for the option to fill in the form or send blank.  When clicking to fill out the form, the form icon disappears & nothing happens.This is on my laptop Windows 10   

Hi,I have just upgrade dmy plan to be able to use webforms, i have created a webform from a template, howevr on my test run after filling in the details on the webform, it has not then populated that data into the template when it goes for signature, i hope that makes sense?!

Hi, I’m the admin of an enterprise DocuSign account, now I’m dealing with the following issue. The previous admin convinced the enterprise owners to change DocuSign to another provider. The DocuSign account was downgraded to free, but, now years and years worth of signed documents are nowhere to be found… What should I do? I’ve already searched all the accounts and the last admin said there was a time limit to download the files… Please Help!

Can I restrict a user's ability to sign documents? I want certain users to have the ability to sign or initial documents, or issue documents for signature, but want to prevent their signing contracts via Docusign.

HelloI am filling in a document and their is a section for Standard Fields.  My account does not have a access to create pre-filled tools.  I am trying to draw a line in a section of the document.I think it says I need to upgrade.  How do I do that or is there another way to dray a line through a section of the document.?Thank you so much

Hi folks,I have scripted a custom integration for Salesforce to Docusign and have a custom object in salesforce with name ‘DocuSign Document’ when the envelope is sent , declined or created i poll for status in Docusign and accordingly switch the status.My question is somebody use the invalid mail id then what status does DocuSign returns? so that i can catch that status include in my status picklist and flip when i need.

Hii I'm trying to recreate template including tabs. I'm receiving such error for some attempts: {"errorCode":"UNSPECIFIED_ERROR","message":"Could not put blob in BlobBaseModule.Put"}I'm using: https://developers.docusign.com/docs/esign-rest-api/reference/templates/templaterecipienttabs/create/endpoint.This behaviour is random. Am creating a HR template - it has one radio button Group - 3 radio buttons in the group.Radio Buttons are named as:Permanent,Fixed TermCasual.On the form I have some fields not required to be filled in if Casual is the radio button selection ie I would like these fields not to be visible if Casual is the selected button, but visible for both Permanent and Fixed Term if they are the selected radio buttonHow can I set this up? (have been reading on Flag Fields/use of formulas, but can’t seem to get it to work, obviously missing something in my comprehension so far) 

Can I set up a document that doesn't have a signing order? I need it to be signed as the meeting is held, which may be different than the designated order
