Hello,

I created a standard and tried to create in Webform the recipient list moved over but non of the fields moved over, is there a way to fix this, or do I need to recreate everything?

Thank you for reaching out to the Docusign Community.  

Whenever you are creating a Web Form you are designing a method of collecting data from a specific person, that can later be used to fill out fields in an envelope. Since it will only be one person filling out your Web Form, the recipient list and its related template is not needed during this specific step of the process, it is best practice to configure your recipients and fields through your template before hand, so these will be automatically connected to your webform fields. Hi Emad, 

It looks to me like all of the fields did actually move over, but the standard “Welcome” page is generally empty. If you navigate to one of the “Untitled” pages on the left hand menu, you will see all of your fields from your template.
