You are right! I wanted to capture the status in workflow report.

Okay Great then, What you can do.

1. First create one attribute in which you will store the value.
2. You can populate that status in the “attribute” or to the “Document Description” and then put those into the report.

I think that solution will resolve your issue.

I appreciate you prompt response and solution this is working fine on my environment.

Which solution did you implement? Pawan recommends putting the status into a document description, but the description cannot be added to workflow reports from what I can see.

  That’s correct, in workflow report we do not have “Description” as default column but via attribute we can put the “Document Description” as a column in report.
