Workflow activity status into Report

Can we add workflow activity status like "Waiting for Chris Rice to send for External Review" into the Report. As of now this is default status generated at Review and Send for External Review step.

Okay Great then, What you can do.

1. First create one attribute in which you will store the value.
2. You can populate that status in the “attribute” or to the “Document Description” and then put those into the report.

I think that solution will resolve your issue.

Which solution did you implement? Pawan recommends putting the status into a document description, but the description cannot be added to workflow reports from what I can see.

That’s correct, in workflow report we do not have “Description” as default column but via attribute we can put the “Document Description” as a column in report.
