Having done the identification process with the DocuSign twice on video, I am being asked to go through identification process once again for 3rd time. I logged in to DocuSign beforehand, tried Review Document link, Access Documents but it still asks to go through identification process. This is really embarrassing and I need a plan to open a support case which in itself is “great”

I’ve placed the anchor tags for my document in a 3 column table.  The first cell has anchor tag \c1\ for recording a Text Tab value for signer’s company, the second cell has anchor tag \n1\ for recording the signer’s full name, and the last cell has anchor tag \s1\ for recording the signature.The problem is that the displayed value for the anchor tags are not wrapping within the cells of the table.  So if the company names or signer’s names are long, they run into the values of the other cells causing the text to overlap.  Is there a way to force the injected text to wrap in the cell and respect the layout where the anchor tag is defined? I’ve tried to specify the “width” property to 100 and “anchorUnits” property to “pixels” (also tried “inches”), but it doesn’t seem to affect anything:"recipients": {    …    "signers": [      {       ...        “Name”: “Sample Name”        "tabs": {

Hi everyone,I had a few queries around the Template matching and general restrictions which can be applied to users. The users are Bank Staff sending out confidential and critical onboarding/contract documents to customers for their signatures.Can we prevent users from sending out envelopes with uploaded documents where the document has not been template matched, as-in a hard block? We’ve experimented with the Sending settings feature - “Require a template for all envelopes sent from this account”; however, bankers can still get around this by selecting ‘Advanced edit’ and adding additional documents to the envelope canvas which are not template matched, before sending them out.Is there any setting which blocks the ‘Send’ option when a document has not been Auto-template matched. For example, a banker has uploaded a document and it's not auto-template matched for legit reasons, can we prevent the banker user from sendi

hi,My IT team updated their Zscaler allowed list to include .docusign.net.  How can I test this to make sure that everything is ready to go when the migration to Azure happens?

I would like to use AI to check the completeness and accuracy of contracts prepared by Professional Advisors and then sent to my company for signature via their Docusign account.I need to ensure these Advisors, who work for different companies, each of which has its company-specific forms, have prepared the forms for my signature correctly and completely. Is there a preferred approach  to accomplish this task BEFORE signing or can I only do it AFTER I have signed and returned the document and received a pdf copy of the fully executed contract in my Docusign account?  Any guidance will be much appreciated.

Hi, I am using the C# eSign SDK and am trying to allow users to open a sender view for envelopes that they are not the sender on, but have been granted shared access to. i.e. User A creates a draft envelope and User B opens the sender view for that envelope.The documentation says I need to attach a header ( X-DocuSign-Act-On-Behalf) with the principal user id (User A’s id) as the value in order to act on their behalf.Here’s what I am doing generally in my code (language is Visual Basic). I receive notices that I have a document to sign; however, it tells me that the site can’t be reached and indicates that the connection was reset.  I can view the document but it gives the error when I click “sign”.  I even tried sending a document to myself.  I can send the document but it won’t even let me sign a document that I just created.

Is this change "Updated Home Page Experience" described in the 25.3.00.00 release notes, applicable to P11 module enabled accounts?

I read this help article, https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&t=1756499814451&bundleId=izj1586134369853&topicId=xna1586134322115.html&_LANG=enus and it says at the bottom I should be able to create a text field for my signers in my Gen Template. Is this accurate? I do not have that option. Is there another way to add custom fields I want the signer to fill out on my Gen Template?  

We are creating a rather complex document / form for someone to sign.  They need to answer questions (yes/no and true/false) and are using conditional formatting for a few of them as well.  However, we would like to test out the form before sending it but it seems like the only way to test is to send it to ourselves.  Is there any way a document can be viewed/tested without going through the signing process?  It would be a big help!  Thanks.

I have selected 2 check boxes.  I have added one check box, clicked on the + sign and created a group. I have selected  “Select only one” under the validation tab.  When I send a test, it allows the signer to select both check boxes in the group. I have also tried selecting “at most one” under validation and the same thing happens. 

I’m doing some research to determine how my organization is using DocuSign.  I pulled the envelope recipient report just out of curiosity at first, because I thought it would be too detailed to be useful. However, I noticed that several recipients are getting large numbers of duplicates that I don’t think could possibly be from human error. For example, one recipient got the same document 141 times, as 141 different envelopes. I’m not having much luck talking to a human from DocuSign, but wonder what folks think. I am getting the following error in SF when attempting to save a template from DocuGenUnexpected character ('<' (code 60)): expected a valid value (number, String, array, object, 'true', 'false' or 'null') at input location [1,2] I have tried a very simple template with just some text and a Text field and I receive this error when I click on the Next button to save the template. Anyone have this issue and how can it be resolved?Thank you in advance for any suggestions.

Hello, I am working on a Docusign Webform connected to a template and I’ve run into an issue with field mapping. Specifically my Webform includes a “Phone Number Field” which is required under recipient connections (this is the phone number field type in webforms), but when I try to map it to a field on my template, it does not link. I believe this is because the phone number type field on the webform does not connect to a text field on a template. When I looked the template does not have a phone number validation field.  I have confirmed:the recipient roles match between the webform and template Other text and email fields map correctly between the webform and template The issue only occurs with the webforms “phone” type field. Could you confirm if the webforms “phone” fields are supported for mapping to template fields?
