The data is blurred after loading the document.

I use PDF files and fill them out before uploading them to DocuSign for sending. I set where the signatures should be, send the document, then open it from the email—but the information I entered is erased. I tried sending another envelope. I entered the text in the right places in DocuSign app, placed the signatures, and sent it. However, when I opened the document from the email, the information I typed through DocuSign was erased again. I do not have the option to open a New Case. I have one free envelope left, but after multiple attempts, DocuSign continues to erase the information in my document. How can I contact support regarding this issue? Additionally, how can I request a refund for documents that were damaged due to DocuSign?

Template Fields Missing From Webform Mapping

I am creating a Webform from a very simple template. The template has fields as shown below. The user selects “Individual” or “Entity” in the Signing As dropdown, then the fields for the respective block are shown. When I create a Webform from this template, none of the template fields except Signing As show as mappable fields (see below) despite having Webform entry fields for all of the required data. How can I have Name, Company, and Title show as mappable fields in the Webform creation tool? I have tried removing the conditional logic from the template and recreating the Webform but get the same result.

PowerForm – Preventing Completion Message for Interim Signers

Hi, I've created my first PowerForm, which requires three signers to complete. However, after each signer submits their part, a completion message pops up. Since the first two signers won’t have the final document, I want to prevent any confusion. Is there a way to disable this message? I typically work with WebForms, so I’m unsure if this is a setting that can be adjusted. Any guidance would be appreciated!

Update the Next Signatory in CLM Attribute: To who signature is pending

Hello Community! I want to update the attribute in CLM with the pending signatory or signatories. At wait for signature step getting the updated audit logs. Example: There are 4 signers for the agreement. Initially, I can update the status to show that the signature is pending from all 4. However, if the first signer signs the contract, I want the attribute to be updated, indicating that the signature is still pending from the remaining 3 signers and same will continue. Access to DocuSign at the same time, but different location

Hi DocuSign Expert, Need your help for this condition below. If I and my colleague have same email to log in to DocuSign, could we do log in and use DocuSign and send envelopes together at the same time? Note: we are in the different region, example I am in Asia then my colleague in USA. Thank you.

Replacement for expired link...

I am trying to access a document I signed May 3 this year 2024. I have the original email inviting me to sign. I click this link and get the expired link page. I have made multiple requests for a new link, but nothing arrives. I have checked spam. I didn’t have an account at the time of signing but have created one in case I could access the document that way but there is nothing available. I also tried the access document link on the docusign.com homepage with the security code in the email but end up in the same expired link no new link provided by the request loop. Been at least three hours since first requesting a new link. Is this normal? AK

I need to see the document I sent but prior to signing where is it

HI, I have sent a document for signing to two people they have completed this, but on the document they have not signed in the right places. How do I see what I sent them, the boxes I added for signing prior to sending it? Can I then amend if i did it wrong for re-signing?

User's session expired - lost envelope?

Hello all, happy last day of February! A user was interrupted while entering a DocuSign form. When she resumed, the DocuSign session had expired. She did not get a chance to submit it. I see it in the Waiting for Other list. Is there a way to get that envelope submitted? Or does she have to enter it again? Thanks!!!

Display selected values in Docusign CLM Multiselect Attribute dropdown Field in docusign clm

I have configured a Docusign CLM Multiselect Attribute Field in the intake form. Currently, after selecting the options, it only shows the number of selected options (e.g., 2 options selected). However, i would like it to display the actual values selected instead of the count in the form. Please advise.

Unable to resize text fields?

I can select the corner where you should be able to drag the corner out to resize but it does nothing. Is this a bug or am I missing something?

I can not edit my payments settings It says my account has been suspended (but we purchased two seats and paid around 70 euros) I can not even cancel my suscripción! I’m paying but it says I can not contact support because I have no subscription!

Unexpected Behavior of "List Envelopes" Action in Power Automate (DocuSign)

I am experiencing unexpected behavior when using the List Envelopes action in Power Automate with specific subject filters. There are 400+ envelopes with the subject "ABC DEF - IJ", and the user has full access to all envelopes. When filtering with subject = "ABC", the action returns only 13 records and sets hasMoreRecords = false. When filtering with subject = "DEF", it returns only 14 records and hasMoreRecords = false. The skip parameter does not work as expected, and I still receive only the top 13 records. However, when filtering for envelopes with subject = "XYZ" and using top = 50, the action correctly returns 50 records and hasMoreRecords = true, which is expected. The user is on a Business Pro plan with full access to all envelopes. Given these inconsistencies, I would like to understand: Why does filtering by "ABC" or "DEF" return only a limited number of records despite more envelopes existing? Why does the skip parameter not function correctly? Are there any known limitatio

Docusign Inability to Properly Apply Templates

Docusign for the past 2 months has been unable to properly assign templates. If templates are assigned it is taking longer than 10 minutes for the application. Once inside the envelope the document states a template is applied however no template is visible. I then have to remove the ‘so called template,’ reapply the template, wait another 10 minutes and then go back into my envelope. I also can’t get anyone to call me after being a paying customer for over 10 years and sending more 40,000 envelopes in that time. Your customer service, and technical support is lacking. Docusign is wasting at least an hour of my time a day……………………………...

How to see the overflow text in a signed document

If the person who is filling in the Docusign form types too much on some lines, all I can see is the last partial word before the end of the text box. I am sure there is more typing in there, but I can’t see it anywhere. The PDF doesn’t show it, I can’t get to it from the Docusign original. I really need to see what the person typed, but since the document is signed I can’t seem to get at it. Is there any way to see the overflow or hidden text, once a document has been signed? Thanks!

Corrections to a document

Hello. I viewed the video related to the ‘Correction’ feature. However, this seems to be referencing corrections to the envelope such as modifying the recipients, add new fields, add additional files. Is there a way to make corrections to the values within the field. For example. The document is sent for signature, the person responsible for reviewing and signing off sees an error, e.g. an incorrect amount value has been entered into a field. What is the process that would allow this type of correction to be made without having to VOID the entire envelope and start all over again. Thank you, Nancy

CLM - Get current reminders in workflow

We would like to have a smart rule that runs a workflow when a contract end date changes. In the workflow, we would like to delete the current reminders and create new reminders for X days before the new contract end date. I see that there are workflow steps for Delete Document Reminder and Schedule Document Reminder. The Delete Document Reminder has required parameters for Reminder Date and Reminder Hour. The problem is that I am unable to calculate the prior reminder’s date and hour since the contract end date has now changed. Is there a way to get the all the current document reminders in a workflow? There isn’t a Get Document Reminders workflow step and I don’t see the reminders in the incoming workflow params XML. Alternatively, is there a way to capture the change to Contract End Date and receive something like “old value” and “new value” when the smart rule kicks off the workflow?

Why do my Completed envelopes still show up in my Sent folder? (this is a recent change)

Up until about a week ago, when I had a Completed Envelope I could move it to the completed folder. This way it would not show up in my “Sent” items list. I can still follow the steps to move it, but *everything* is showing up in my Sent folder (Void, Declined, Completed). Did DocuSign make a change to the process?

Missing Signed Documents

I recently returned to my Docusign account to access some signed contracts that are stored here. It has been over a year since logging in because we haven’t needed the service, but I was shocked to see all previous documents missing. I have many folders that I created for each of our clients that had signed contracts, and all of those folders are still there, but are empty. I have emailed support twice, and have never received a reply, not even to acknowledge they received my inquiry. I have also read many other posts about missing documents, but none of the solutions helped in my case. I need some urgent help here, I need to access these documents asap. Thanks.
