Void an eNotary envelope BEFORE the actual signature

Use case:  Staff pre-fills out a form, uploads it to Docusign and attaches an eNotary template and sends the envelope. Notary starts the session, and signer joins.  Signer realizes there is inaccurate information on the form and refuses to sign.

Now what?  I don’t see any way to void the envelope so that the form can be corrected and a new eNotary envelope be created.

Or is there a way that the corrected form can be uploaded, replacing the existing document during the session?

Again, this all happens BEFORE any signatures are done but during the session.

@Rachael Leyba - Olmsted County

I’m not sure about notary sessions - but if the signer refused to sign, shouldn’t that void the envelope? If not, you may be able to change out the documents and resend.

You could check out:

and see if there’s anything that helps in the documentation

god luck
