Hello !  We have a integration project for Esignature. I see the OAuth configuration work on Connect RestAPI but for SOAP Connector, the authentification isn’t working.I didn’t find in a documentation if the OAuth works with legacy Connect (custom connect SOAP) Thanks,

Also is it possibly to edit the email view-title for one powerform/template so that in the last email after all participants have signed there would the final email that would read something like, “Your oder is now approved”“Thank you for your order!” or “Your order is now approved” 

It seems like the most basic thing here but i cant order an API plan.  I am currently oneSignatureStandard An i want to upgrade to an API plan.  I am attaching a screenshots here, it doesnt present an option to order an API plan?  How do i upgrade to an API plan?   2 screenshots are here. The first one is “logged out” the 2nd one is “logged in”     Can someone please help? 

Hello, I'm Soyoun S. from Alois Ventures. Our account had changed from Eunice to Miju.And it's already changed to Miju's account, but I can't access it due to the below error. Maybe it's a login security issue.We already informed you that our person in charge will be changed. So your team changed our login email to Miju’s account, but email for verification code wasn’t changed. The email address we can get the code is set as an Eunice's. We can't access Eunice's email because she already resigned. So I can't login and also can't toggle off the login security. Miju can access the ID, and can use the docusign, but she can’t change the email for the verification code. So, could you please change the email address for verification code to [  ] ?

i have created custom integration b/w Docusign-Salesforce for Esignature, now i have my templates in demo account, how shall i get them in Prod? Please tell!!

I would like to limit the number of checkbox selections in a section of a document that is part of a template. Is there a way to do this? 

The signing process for our agreements initiates through our Docusign eSignature account.  The customer signs first, then it is routed to us for our signature.  However, we have a high-profile customer that refuses to use that process.  They want us to send them a PDF version of the agreement and they route it through their Docusign account with us signing first.  Is there a way we can route it through our Docusign eSignature account internally first then send them the signed version without locking it up?

I created a new template in test.  It’s been tested and is ready to be copied to our production environment.  I can’t find any instructions on how to do this.  I’m hoping someone can point me in the right direction.  Thank you!

I've sent the same envelope several times to the proper recipients (yes, their emails are correct) and it shows from my end that the envelope is sent, however, the recipients say they have received nothing and I also am not receiving the copy I set for myself to receive. Anyone experiencing the same issue?

having a problem with authenticating signatures on documents that are downloaded as combined PDF. When a document is downloaded as a combined PDF along with the certificate of authentification, the signatures are not recognised by Adobe Acrobat. However, when I download the same document as a seperate PDF document from the certificate of authentification, the signatures are recognised and can be authenticated by Adobe Acrobe. For our purposes we need to download all documents as combined PDFs and signatures must be authenticated. Please help.

Sharing one of the challenges faced by our client. Do we have a solution for this?“We are encountering a challenge with SMS authentication codes in DocuSign. We send over 300 envelopes daily, all configured with SMS authentication. However, in some instances, the SMS authentication codes are not delivered, necessitating envelope corrections to manually add access codes.Our audit team permits setting up access codes only when SMS delivery fails. Given that correcting envelopes becomes a major task when hundreds need adjustments, and IT admins often miss this task due to other priorities, we need a solution to automatically set up access codes when SMS fails, without requiring manual envelope corrections.”

How do I set the formatting options to my preferred options so that every time I create a new template, I don’t have to keep changing the font style, size, color, etc. to my preferred options?

Hello, I have an integration with my client’s custom software and DocuSign’s rest api. We are creating envelopes from a template. This all works well except we do not want the signer to have to answer the authentication questions before signing. We tried turning this off on my clients DocuSign account but the changes do not work when the envelope is created via the api. Support says we can turn off authentication via the api call but I do not see it anywhere. Can someone point me in the right direction?

As the broker and admin of a real estate company, can my compliance officer be in my DocuSign reviewing files while I am in it creating a new form to sign and send? 

Just noticed in my bank statement that I was charged automatically for this annual subscription. I would like to know if I cancel the subscription 30 days if I will be refunded for the upcoming year I was already charged for?

I have (What i think is) a really simple requestI have a Docusign Template I want to register new suppliers.    When an envelope status changes to completed, I want to be able to extract the data from the docusign document such as ‘Entity name’, ‘GST Status’, ‘ABN Number’ etc Once I have this data, populate a SharePoint List with the respective infoUsing the Docusign Power Automate actions, I have tried almost every action, and a combination of Tabs, Custom Fields etc.Nothing seems to work!Can someone please advise what actions / methods I need to use for this? 

How does one get full access control information for templates shared to the user currently logged in or impersonated using the eSignature API? An example use case is the following: an admin user creates a new group; GroupA, and adds User1 to that group, then shares a template, TemplateXYZ, to GroupA . When I am logged into the Docusign UI as User1,  I can see that I have shared access to TemplateXYZ. But there doesn't seem to be an eSignature API that can tell me this. When User1 calls the API to get info for TemplateXYZ (Templates:get) it doesn't return anything about its shared access. And yet there are API to update or delete groups shares for a specific template (Templates:updateGroupShare and Templates:deleteGroupShare).  The only other API I’ve found that seems like it should return the info I’m looking for is Accounts:listSharedAccess. According to its documentation I should be able to pass

I am looking to use DocuSign Connect to update the status of processes in Salesforce and, upon completion, save the signed PDF file in Salesforce.While I've been able to update the status using the object mapping feature between DocuSign and Salesforce, I found it difficult to save the PDF file post-signature using this method.To address this, I created a custom REST API in Salesforce and made it public via Salesforce Sites, allowing for public access to the API.Initially, I considered OAuth 2.0 as a way to validate the source of the requests, which brings me to my main question: although DocuSign Connect supports the Client Credentials Grant flow of OAuth 2.0, Salesforce does not. I am generating a PDF that prints values into text fields on the PDF. One of the values that prints is being used as an anchor string for a required signature. The string is as follows: /required_buyer_signature/I then flatten the PDF and send it to docusign to obtain signatures. However, docusign is unable to detect the anchor string. When I open the pdf that is generated in adobe reader and use adobe’s search functionality to search for “/required_buyer_signature/”, it’s able to find the string (see screenshot below). Is there any reason why docusign is not able to detect the anchor string?NOTE: when i change the anchor string to something that is on the PDF document itself (e.g. “By signing below”), meaning the value is not dynamically generated, then docusign is able to find the anchor string and places the signature tab over that string. Hello, I have an error message when I use a Powerform I created, same when making a copy and trying to use it. Once I go to template > select the powerform and click “USE”, I then fill-in the recipients info and click to send. The page refreshes with the red error message: “This envelope cannot be sent because it was already digitally signed, and is not in a valid state to resend.”Note: I don’t have this error message when I use the Powerform link. The documents part of the template/powerform does not contain any signature yet it’s docx documents with anchor tags placed on the template.Support is not able to help apart of telling me to recreate it which does not fix...Thank you,
