Whenever I try to login, there is always an error that says “Error has occurred. Make sure your connection is stable and try again.” but when I tried to login to other machine, it successfully logged in. Do you have any idea how can I fix the error with my machine? They are both connected to the same internet
Do you experience the same error when using a different browser? If not, try clearing your cache and updating the browser that is giving you the error.
Yes, I already tried using different browser. I also cleared the cache and updated the Chrome.
Try these additional troubleshooting steps:
-
Disable Browser Extensions:
- Sometimes extensions can interfere with login processes.
- Disable all extensions and try logging in again.
-
Check Date and Time Settings:
- Make sure your computer’s date and time settings are correct.
- Sometimes incorrect settings can cause issues with secure connections.
-
Disable Antivirus/Firewall Temporarily:
-
Your antivirus or firewall might be blocking the connection.
- Temporarily disable them and see if you can log in.
-
I have no access to disable the firewall. :(
Other users with the firewall working can log in.
