From the Docusign end, if you are an account admin can you review your Envelope Delivery Settings on the Signing settings and confirm if the Attach certificate of completion to envelope setting is enabled?
From the Integration side, the integration is not owned by Docusign, we do not have the documentation to assist you with this, so I recommend contacting their Support team.
Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in specific Docusign plans. Your account plan might not support some of the options discussed in this help topic. Contact your account administrator for more information about which options are available for your account.
