I noticed that when we send a document from our BMS, Applied Epic, after all signatures are completed, the signed documents automatically attach to the client file but the certificate of completion pdf does NOT attach.  We require to retain a copy of that certificate with our signed documents on file and now have to manually download it from DocuSign’s portal.  I could not find a setting to address this.  Can you please advise if this is possible and if so, how do I fix my settings to allow this to happen automatically?
