Based on the description of your use case you will be uploading your document to Docusign eSignature once it already contains the data captured in FormAssembly, is this an accurate interpretation?

If this is true then you could export the completed documents to Box in 2 different ways, I would recommend you look into our Agreement Actions feature first (as it is the most user friendly option) but a Docusign Connect Configuration for Box could be a more customizable alternative.
