When I uploaded the multipage document for signatures, the first 43 lines were blank.  I tried multiple times from different computers and different versions and the same thing happened.

Hi @Lorraine Church,

Thank you for reaching out to the Docusign Community.

This behavior is usually related to formatting issues within the document that make it glitch once uploaded to Docusign eSignature. This issue can be resolved in most cases by flattening or printing the document to PDF, then recreating the envelope.

You can find detailed steps on how to print your document to PDF, see:

Print to PDF

Feel free to let us know if you need further assistance with this. Thank you for using Docusign, we hope you have a wonderful rest of your day!

Best regards,

Thank you for your reply. Time was of the essence and our company signing program was not working. That’s why I reached out to DocuSign because I know it’s seamless most of the time. When DocuSign didn’t work, I had to go back to the company signing program and make it work. I don’t think I’ll be using DocuSign in the future, even though I prefer it.
