How many sub-accounts can an admin account create? What is the maximum number of templates that each account can create? What is the maximum number of recipients that can be added per envelope send?

I need the following to be arranged but doubt how to set up the recipientsHR Department must submit a form that needs to be send out to a Deparment Head for signing by that Department Head At above stage HR Department does not sign the form. They only submit the form after they filled in some important fields on the form (e.g. Country, Location, Salary) Since the name of the Department Head can be different HR must be able to fill in the Name and email address of the Department Head prior to sending the form Once the Department Head signed the form it will return to HR HR will put their final signature on the formMy initial idea was to create a template with following details:HR with “Needs to Sign” but they don’t have to Sign. They only have to fill in Custom Fields and then press the Send For Department Head I added this recipient without Name and Email address to that HR can fill this in prior to sending at stage 1 I added HR again (3rd recipient) with requirement to signThe problem

However, when I convert them into variables, they simply disappear. As a result, at the end of the flow, when I try to submit for signing, the fields are empty. What could be the issue?

I want to directly call the REST APIs, without redirecting the users to the link below  --https://account-d.docusign.com/oauth/auth?response_type=code&scope=signature%20impersonation&client_id=1ea1d-9164-4c10-923aa&redirect_uri=http://localhost/3000So basically, I want some feature that will allow me to call the APIs directly, But according to the https://developers.docusign.com/platform/auth/jwt/jwt-get-token/ documentation, each time I need to redirect users to the https://account-d.docusign.com/oauth/auth? page and then get the code , act….But my goal is to --- 1. Create the envelope using `/restapi/v2.1/accounts/c16e83xxxxxxa-44b1-8f3e-bc810bc14707/envelopes` api and2. navigate the user to that envelope `https://appdemo.docusign.com/documents/details/${envelopeId}` to the DocuSign where user can directly add recipients and tabs and send the documents to be signed by other users.Is this possible? Over the last few years I have signed documents in Docusign that required a social security # and the program emailed me a copy of the signed document. email isn’t encrypted so I am angry when this happens. When I talk to the agents who sent me the documents they don’t understand my concern and do not believe they have any control of the email. Please tell me what I can do to prevent this from happening again this week when I need to sign another contract?

Hi everyone, do you know if there is a way to automate employment letters via DocuSign?

We recently had a client who received thier docusign email for signatures but the SMS code never arrived to thier cell.  When the husband couldn’t receive it, we then decided to send to the wife first and the SMS was again not delivered.  We have never had this happen before.  We verified phone numbers in both cases as well as the password needed.   We sent them the things to check list from the Docusign suggestion list. This was a 3 person docusign folder which we ended up not being able to complete of course. Any thoughts on what may have happened? 

One of the signers in the document is in the US, the other is in Europe. When filling in the date, Docusign always uses the US standard, mm/dd/yy, whereas the other signer is expecting dd/mm/yy. Is there anyway to specify the date format?

For purpose of audit, I would like to have an amendment box added to the bottom of the docu-sign document. Therefore, allowing auditors to see the full life cycle from start to end, without having to search for multiple documents. Can a fully signed docu-sign be edited within the ‘amend’ box only and allow the user to update the Original Value and the New Value and type in their business case and if required, add in the name of the signatory? 

Is there a way to have the Advanced Option default instead of having to change every time I create an envelope? Specifically the e-signature option on the docusign envelope.

Hi, I use DocuSign to send offer packets out to a large number of acquired employees. When an employee signs/completes the envelope, we like to send an acknowledgment/welcome to the employee (currently manual via email). Is there a way to load the acknowledgement document into DocuSign that will trigger and send once an envelope is complete? 

I’m new to Docusign and working on creating some contract templates using the Microsoft Word Add-In.  Thhis works great.  I created a template with a number of sender fields and everything seems to work as expected. My only remaining requirement is to add 2 required signers to the template document.  I would like the signer/contract parties information to be reflected on the document at the bottom in a signer/parties section.  How can you get the signatures and signed date to appear on the template?  Is there an example of something like that somewhere? 

hi,For a new form, I have two signatures required, but only one is needed, not both. I first thought I could use a shared email account and each person would be able to adopt a new signature before signing. The other option is to make the signatures optional, bu I also thought I could possibly use a rule to figure out if a user had signed or not.  We don’t want to use the Signing Groups option because we’re short on seats and we’d have to add more people to the group who are not already users.What are the best other options?thanks

Upon my renewal date, I received a notice that my credit card number previously used, was no longer valid ( I reported a card stolen earlier that year). I decided to downgrade my subscription as I was not fully utilizing this particular plan. So I chose a lesser (paid) plan and entered my new credit card number. It automatically charged me my more expensive, previous plan on this new credit card number. I’ve contact Docusign several times to reverse this and enroll me into the lesser plan. I am getting a major runaround and being asked to send them an email stating, I understand their refund policy and they will “consider” my changes. Has anyone else experienced such a difficult and un-customer friendly process as this? What can be done here?

I sent a document for signature to someone that used to have a paid Docusign license account.When they try to sign, it tells them they no longer have access to Docusign Prod.It seems like Docusign remembers they had a licensed account before but it’s not active so it won’t let them sign.How do you fix this so they can sign as if they didn’t have a Docusign account?

I would like to keep this email from being sent for a specific brand.  I have looked at the signature and the email resource files and neither of them has this email showing.  Where can I edit this txt or keep it from sending upon decline to sign?

We’re running into issues where the connection between Zapier and Docusign expires regularly, causing our envelopes to not be sent. The exact error we’re getting in Zapier is “Unable to fetch refresh token: invalid_grant” Reaching out to Zapier support, they responded with:Based on Docusign's documentation, it uses a default value of 720 hours (30 days) for token expiration. This means that if you've obtained the token by logging into your account, it will expire in 30 days from the first login. I have two issues with trying to format templates. In the control panel, I uploaded a PDF and proceeded to map fields onto it. Needing to take a break and not wanting to risk losing my progress, I saved, and then went back in to continue field mapping on the very long, multi-page form, only to find that the previous graphic rendering of the form seems to now be broken, yet when I preview it, I can see the form and fields mapped. See below. There’s also a broken graphic representing the form. The issue resolved itself, and then came back. I’d rather use the html definition option to create this and other documents on the fly, but that only works for small, simple forms. If I try to set the html to this massive form, it has failed in so many ways (most recently - div--pulse-left-offset, background, transform, position, etc not allowed), I’m not sure which would be more efficient. In my opinion, they should be asking for the html in base64 so special characters don’t have a problem with t

Hi,My web app contains a form where all input data is applied to a designed template on DocuSign. When template is created the user is redirected to DocuSign, where they complete the signing procedure, including all necessary clicks. After the signing process is done, the user is redirected back to the web app.My goal is to build a solution that allows users to sign and send a document with a single click, such as an 'Agree & Sign' button. The intention is to avoid redirecting them to the DocuSign page for the signing process, as there has been a 40% drop-off rate during that step.I just want to know if it's possible, and if so, how to do it.Thanks
