I am an admin, so can transfer envelopes. I did this for a user and she cannot find them. So I tested by transferring an envelope from a user to me, and I cannot find it either. Anyone have an idea on this? I have verified filters so that it isn’t it. 

Hello, Is it possible to disable “Manage Shared Access” button for all or specific users? If not, then is it possible to enable notifications with Shared Access? For example, as an admin if I give user A Shared Access to user B’s envelopes, I want that both users should receive notifications of this change. Thanks!

Hello Docusign community,I'm currently integrating Docusign's embedded signature feature into my React TypeScript application. I've followed the steps in the documentation and installed the necessary dependencies, but I'm encountering an error where 'docusign' is not defined. This error appears multiple times throughout my code (e.g., Line 112:26). Hello. All of a sudden when I try to download completed signed documents out of docusign- I am unable to download and save them to my desktop as it says “needs permission to download”. Please help! How do I fix this!

We went live recently with DocuSign using a template.  It’s in pilot currently and we found that the clients are able to reply to the email they are getting with the link to fill the form out.  This is not supposed to happen, we have their emails hidden for a reason.  We cannot have the clients emailing these people directly.  We just want them to the fill the form out and not be able to do anything else. Did I miss a checkmark or something?  Please advise.  Thank you!

I’m having an issue creating a template. When I try to edit a template, I don’t see the fields in the editor.  When I add a field, the right-hand panel is empty. When I preview the template, I see the fields I’ve added.Editor:(Fields not visible)Preview:(Preview shows the fields I’ve dragged and dropped) Is there a bug in the UI or am I doing thing incorrectly?

I have a house sale contract that has some initials at the bottom of each page. Due to then length of the initials , the initial is being cutoff by the right side of the page. The initial is only half showing because of this. Could someone tell me if this still a legal initial or void since it’s been cutoff. Or is it still valid because it’s a Docusign entered initial.  thankyou

Is it only the Authentication that will be end of life? can we still use the SDK from before and just change the authentication to 2.0 OAuth?I wanna know cuz were still using the v2.1, will this still work?

How do you Reject a document in multi document envelope?

I have a NDA going out to several people.  One of them is reporting that DocuSign is making him create an account in order to sign the NDA. Is there a setting or work-around that could avoid this?

We must distribute a policy document to our board of directors for review and signature each year.  Every board member needs to sign.  Is there a way to send a document in one envelope to multiple individuals without having multiple signatures on that document?  I.e., the end result desired is to have a set of individually signed policy statements.

Members are telling us that the data fields are not matching up on the mobile app. 

I would like to take data from airtable  to put on pdf template or any template. Then would like to take this template that is filled out with this data to be electronically signed with docusign.  For example If I am trying to do a lease renewal for an apartment I have a general template of the renewal that has about 10 places where it takes data from airtable to fill out. Then I need to take this document and be able to get electronic signature and then store the final document on airtable. I also have zapier and can pay for make to help get this done if needed. 

Before the “New” design, you could pre-tick check boxes and now you can’t.  Can you please re-enable that feature?  Anyone else having problems with the new system?

We have received this error code and are not able to send any envelopes at this time.  Any recommendations? 

I am trying to share envelopes, as the admin, from a closed user to their backup. It does not work when I hit “accept” give me the old null sign. 

I have Upgraded my plan on May 2024 since Representative have advised me that I need more signature. He then upgraded me to Envelope subscription instead of seat subscription. I paid on May 2024 and Now DocuSign is saying that my plan was never change even though I have a contract signed. Now they are trying to bill me my annual subscription again  for the old plan that was supposed to be replaced on May 2024. Billing department CANNOT figure out what happen and I’ve been waiting for a call, I can’t even change my Auto pay and they said I need to have it!  I already paid on May 2024 and now they are billing me again for Aug. what do I do from here ?

I  had created folders to organize my completed documents - they have disappeared. They were located on the left margin of my screen? 

In DocuSign eSignature is there a way to have two text fields and validate that the value in the two text fields does NOT match? We are trying to have the signer enter option one and option two and they cannot be the same option.

Within the workflow, the steps would be as follows:DocuSign AI Find Party (assuming the AI will fill in the party's name) Move Document or, if the party does not exist, add a step to create the PartySo, that’s the little summary.Does anyone have a similar case?

Hello, I’m trying to achieve the following, but with the tool I have available, this doesn’t seem possible? I would like to receive a report or have a means to follow up unsigned envelops older than 1 week that have been sent by X,Y & Z. While also being able to filter out X, Y & Z from the results.Currently we use a template in DocuSign where we fill in some data before it gets sent off to the end user. Because of this, we see ourself as a recipient in all of the reports as well.I also can’t seem to filter the results for older than 1 week, newer than 3 months or something like that. I wanted to check out workflows, but I can’t find that in the admin portal of DocuSign. I’m guessing this has something to do with licencing?  How do you guys handle this scenario? We want to do a weekly check on unsigned envelops for specific people and templates preferably by using a scheduled report.
