Hi there! How can I unsubscribe? I'm told that I have to go through "utente" but I can't access it. Every time, I have to give my email + password and I go around in circles... Please help me to resolve!

If you want to cancel your account, we can assist you through the process. We highly encourage downgrading to a free account, so you can retain access to all completed documents in the future. Whether you downgrade to a free account or decide to cancel, you may want to make certain that any important documents have been downloaded to your personal device or computer. Once an account has been closed, you will no longer have access to any documents.
