I created a document from a template, filled it out, shared it, only to find that it was shared half-filled out.

I tried to correct it, but when hitting “next” after add recipients, it loads a blank screen under “Add Field Data.”

When I click “review”, it just says, “something went wrong. Please try again.”

I tried clicking on support and it asks me to log in. When I do, it just says, “unable to log in.” Contact support. Ironic.

I can log into my account just fine and open documents. I tried clearing cache and cookies. I am using Chrome with no site-interfering extensions.

have you try switch network provider? it seems network issue.
